Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Diploma in Accounting, AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) or an equivalent qualification.
-Membership or affiliation with BICA or another recognised professional accounting body.
-Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a computerised accounting environment, with at least 2 years in a similar payroll role.
-Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
-Administer payroll processes and employee compensation.
-Prepare, review and process payroll inputs and calculations.
-Maintain payroll records and documentation.
-Perform payroll reporting and reconciliations.
-Provide employee payroll support and resolve payroll queries.
-Support payroll compliance and audit processes.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

- Payroll administration experience.
