Job Overview
The successful candidate will provide relief support across various banking functions, including Teller, Collections Consultant, and Cash Migration Official roles. The position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring efficient day-to-day banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide relief support for Teller, Collections Consultant, and Cash Migration functions.
-Deliver exceptional customer service in line with FNB service standards.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
-Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
-Convert sales leads into successful product sales.
-Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
-Approve, verify, and authorise frontline banking transactions.
-Ensure compliance with banking policies, governance, and audit requirements.
-Monitor and improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
-Support the smooth running of branch operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
-At least 12 months of working experience.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Sales and relationship-building abilities.
-Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
-Computer literacy and attention to detail.
