1. PLC Programmer โ Automated Clay Brick Manufacturing Plant
Job Overview
The PLC Programmer will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and improving the plant’s automated control systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the brick manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, maintain and optimise PLC systems.
- Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation and control system faults.
- Integrate PLCs with SCADA/HMI systems.
- Support robotics, palletising, packaging, kilns, drying and material handling systems.
- Implement automation improvements to improve productivity and reliability.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Extensive PLC programming experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider or similar PLC platforms.
- Experience with SCADA/HMI systems and industrial communication networks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with robotics and automated production systems will be an added advantage.

2. Turner Machinist (2 Posts)
Job Overview
The Turner Machinist will manufacture, repair and maintain precision machine components required for the operation of the manufacturing plant while ensuring minimal equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and repair machine components and replacement parts.
- Operate and maintain lathes, milling and drilling machines.
- Modify tooling according to engineering drawings.
- Perform precision quality inspections.
- Assist with fabrication, maintenance and welding work.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Proven experience as a Turner Machinist.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Trade Certificate or machining qualification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

3. Production Manager
Job Overview
The Production Manager will oversee all production activities within the clay brick manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, operational efficiency and continuous improvement objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete brick manufacturing process from raw materials to dispatch.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Manage kiln operations and production teams.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
- Drive safety, productivity and cost improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Production or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing experience.
- Experience with automated production plants and kiln-fired operations will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
