Lucara Botswana is recruiting a Driver/Messenger to provide driving, messenger and administrative support services for the Underground Project at the Karowe Diamond Mine.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Minimum JC or BGCSE Certificate (or equivalent).
-Valid Botswana Driver’s Licence.
–PRDP Special (Passengers) with at least 3 years’ experience.
-Basic First Aid certificate will be an added advantage.
-Fluency in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
-Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
-Safely transport employees, visitors, goods and documents.
-Perform messenger and office support duties.
-Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule.
-Report mechanical faults promptly.
-Comply with road traffic regulations and company policies.
-Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
