Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-BGCSE or equivalent.
-A qualification in Business, Hospitality or Restaurant Management will be an added advantage.
-Minimum 2โ3 years’ experience in the restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
-Previous experience in a supervisory or shift leadership role.
-Experience leading and motivating teams.
-Knowledge of customer service, stock control and cost management.
-Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
-Supervise restaurant operations during allocated shifts.
-Lead, coach and motivate team members.
-Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
-Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
-Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
-Drive sales and support promotional activities.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
-Protect company assets and maintain restaurant equipment.
