Minimum Requirements
Requirements vary by position but include:
Project Manager (1)
-BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or Highway Engineering.
-Minimum 15 years’ experience in road construction project management.
-Registered with ERB as a Professional Engineer.
-Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract management.
Site Foremen (2)
-HND/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Highway Engineering.
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in road construction.
-Registered with ERB as a Professional Engineer.
Surveyor (1)
-Degree/HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics or Highway Engineering.
-Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience.
-Experience using Total Stations, GPS, Laser Levels and other modern survey equipment.
-Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
Grader Operators (3)
- Minimum 10 years’ grading experience.
Graduate Engineers (2)
- BEng, BSc or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Highway Engineering.
- No experience required.

- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on major road construction projects.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
