Core Group is recruiting 3 Shop Assistants for the iStore in Maun, Botswana. As Africaโs largest Apple Premium Reseller, iStore offers customers expert advice, technical support, Apple Authorised Repairs, and the latest Apple products. Key Responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products and services.
– Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail, is advantageous.
- Passion for Apple products and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment.
