Overview
Motus Retail Western Cape is offering an exciting Vehicle Sales Trainee opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the automotive sales industry. This 6-month programme provides structured training and hands-on experience to prepare candidates for future roles as Vehicle Sales Executives within a leading automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
– Participate in structured training and development programmes
– Assist with vehicle sales processes and customer engagement
– Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the dealership
– Learn product knowledge and sales techniques
– Support dealership teams with daily operations
– Build relationships with customers and team members
– Gain practical exposure to retail and automotive sales environments
Requirements & Skills
- South African citizen
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
- Clear criminal and credit record
- At least 3 months retail experience (any industry)
