Overview

With over 35 years of experience in reliable and efficient road freight solutions, we are looking for General Workers (Receiving & Despatch) to strengthen our teams across multiple depots.
These roles are ideal for entry-level candidates who are eager to gain practical logistics experience โ no prior work experience required.
Key Responsibilities
– Sort, load, and unload consignments according to waybill instructions.
– Capture and distribute waybill and POD (Proof of Delivery) data.
– Issue waybill numbers, prepare manifests, and obtain signatures.
– Record parcel dimensions and weight into the Freightware system.
– Assist with handling cargo according to company standards.
– Collect cash payments and release goods when necessary.
– Support housekeeping duties in the warehouse/depot.
– Ensure safe, proper cargo handling at all times.
Requirements & Skills
– Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
– Good communication skills (read, write, and speak English).
– Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or unsociable hours if required.
– Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
– Reliable, punctual, and presentable.
– High degree of integrity and accountability.
