Overview
Typo is hiring 2 creative and energetic Shop Assistants to join their stores in Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global brand known for stationery, gifting, and lifestyle products, especially during a major brand refresh. Key Responsibilities
– Deliver outstanding customer service and create fun, engaging in-store experiences
– Act as a brand ambassador and represent Typo with enthusiasm
– Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
– Maintain store presentation through merchandising and stock replenishment
– Work with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
– Stay updated on current trends, products, and promotions
– Support daily store operations and ensure a clean, organised environment
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
