Overview
Factorie is looking for a vibrant and fashion-forward Shop Assistant to join their V&A Waterfront store. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about streetwear, youth culture, and delivering exciting customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
– Act as a brand ambassador, representing Factorie with energy and confidence
– Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
– Maintain store presentation through merchandising and stock replenishment
– Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
– Stay up to date with fashion trends and product knowledge
– Support daily store operations and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
