Overview
Clicks Group is hiring 54 Shop Assistants / Cashiers across multiple store locations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in retail, customer service, and store operations within one of South Africaโs leading health and beauty retailers.
Key Responsibilities
– Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
– Handle cash, card payments, and customer transactions
– Promote the Clicks ClubCard and assist with registrations
– Deliver excellent customer service and assist with queries
– Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandising standards are maintained
– Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
– Stay updated on promotions, products, and store campaigns
– Support daily store operations and teamwork
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Retail experience is an advantage but not required
