Liberty Botswana is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for 45 Direct Sales Agent positions across several locations in Botswana. The successful candidates will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, promoting Liberty products and building strong client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- O’Levels or equivalent
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long Term Insurance โ mandatory
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field will be an advantage
- Previous sales experience within a financial institution will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Prospect for new clients and develop clientele
- Sell Liberty products to prospective and existing clients
- Present and explain product features and benefits
- Identify and understand clients’ needs
- Handle and overcome customer objections
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Explore new market segments and opportunities
