Overview

Radisson Hotel Group is currently recruiting Waiters (X2 Positions) to join their Food & Beverage teams in Cape Town and Kempton Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to deliver world-class dining experiences in a leading international hotel group.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests

– Take orders accurately and serve meals and beverages efficiently

– Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and queries

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas

– Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

– Deliver service in line with hotel standards and procedures

– Support daily operations and achieve departmental targets

– Build positive relationships with guests and team members

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements & Skills

Previous experience in food & beverage service (advantageous but not essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a proactive “can-do” approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (advantageous)
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
