1๏ธโฃ Customer Service Agents
Locations: Maun, Francistown, Kasane & Letlhakane
Overview
The Customer Service Agent role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for customers by handling inquiries, resolving delivery-related concerns and supporting the overall courier process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and shipment tracking
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing and policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes
- Handle cash services and ensure timely banking
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience using Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment
- Valid Class B Driverโs Licence with at least 2 years driving experience
- Computer literacy

2๏ธโฃ Heavy Duty Truck Drivers
Locations: Letlhakane, Molepolole & Orapa
Overview
Heavy Duty Truck Drivers will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of parcels and cargo while complying with company policies and road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of consignments
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults
- Perform safe loading and offloading of cargo
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Drive long distances, including night shifts when required
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 yearsโ proven heavy-duty driving experience
- Valid EC Driverโs Licence
- Valid PRDP โ Goods
- Good knowledge of routes and road safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
