Sprint Couriers is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents and Heavy Duty Truck Drivers to join its dynamic operations team across multiple locations in Botswana.

1๏ธโƒฃ Customer Service Agents

Locations: Maun, Francistown, Kasane & Letlhakane

Overview

The Customer Service Agent role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for customers by handling inquiries, resolving delivery-related concerns and supporting the overall courier process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and shipment tracking
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing and policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes
  • Handle cash services and ensure timely banking

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience using Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment
  • Valid Class B Driverโ€™s Licence with at least 2 years driving experience
  • Computer literacy

2๏ธโƒฃ Heavy Duty Truck Drivers

Locations: Letlhakane, Molepolole & Orapa

Overview

Heavy Duty Truck Drivers will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of parcels and cargo while complying with company policies and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection of consignments
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults
  • Perform safe loading and offloading of cargo
  • Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation
  • Drive long distances, including night shifts when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 4 yearsโ€™ proven heavy-duty driving experience
  • Valid EC Driverโ€™s Licence
  • Valid PRDP โ€“ Goods
  • Good knowledge of routes and road safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
