Nagpal Holdings is inviting applications from experienced and safety-conscious Extra Heavy Duty Drivers to join its transport division. The company is looking for two (2) professional drivers with proven cross-border driving experience to support its growing logistics operations across Botswana and the SADC region.

Position
Extra Heavy Duty Driver (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
-Safely operating extra heavy-duty vehicles on local and cross-border routes.
-Transporting goods efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
-Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
-Ensuring compliance with road traffic regulations and company safety policies.
-Completing delivery documentation and trip reports accurately.
-Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
-Following SADC transport regulations and border clearance procedures.
-Maintaining high standards of professionalism when dealing with customers, border officials, and company representatives.
-Ensuring cargo is transported safely and securely throughout the journey.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-A valid Extra Heavy Duty Driver’s Licence.
-At least 3 years of heavy-duty driving experience.
-Proven cross-border driving experience (essential).
-Good knowledge of SADC road networks and border procedures.
-Good communication and reporting skills.
-Ability to undertake long-distance trips and consistently meet delivery deadlines.
-A clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
Added Advantage
Experience operating any of the following vehicles will be an advantage:
- Tautliners
- Flatbeds
- Side Tippers
- Low Beds
