Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs
- Provide appropriate product solutions and cross-sell relevant offerings
- Guide customers to eChannels and digital self-service platforms
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and risk guidelines
- Apply TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in all interactions
- Maintain ethical conduct at all times
