Overview

Markham, part of TFG, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Controller to join the team at Airport Junction in Gaborone.

This role supports the Store Manager with stock control, administration, risk management and customer service while ensuring compliance with store systems and procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering a seamless in-store experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with stock takes and store administration
  • Monitor and analyse stock movement and performance
  • Implement risk management procedures to reduce stock losses and shrinkage
  • Ensure compliance with all administration systems and reporting procedures
  • Extract and analyse store reports to evaluate turnover and stock performance
  • Maintain and organise in-store filing systems
  • Monitor and control cash and transactional activities
  • Uphold in-store safety and security procedures
  • Process customer transactions using the POS system
  • Promote customer loyalty programmes
  • Deliver professional customer engagement and service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and housekeeping
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ retail or administrative experience
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise and work independently
  • High attention to detail
