Overview
A retail store in Gezina, Pretoria is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Floor Assistant to support daily store operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide accurate product information and recommendations
– Support sales targets by assisting customers and promoting products
– Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked shelves and displays
– Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock
– Conduct basic stock checks and report discrepancies
– Ensure products are correctly priced and labelled
– Maintain overall store cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric / NSC)
- 2โ4 yearsโ experience in retail or a similar environment
- Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
