Overview

Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd is recruiting General Workers / Pickers across multiple locations. These roles involve supporting warehouse and retail operations through stock handling, picking, packing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

– Maintain cleanliness of stock areas, shelves, and workspaces

– Pick, pack, and prepare stock accurately for dispatch or sale

– Assist with stock rotation, counting, and inventory control

– Ensure safe stacking and handling of goods

– Support loading and offloading of stock when required

– Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

– Perform general duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or relevant qualification
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, especially for picker roles)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Ability to work accurately and under pressure
Reliable and able to follow instructions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of stock control and warehouse operations
