Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for a motivated Store Assistant to join the Rochester team. The role focuses on assisting customers, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product selection and provide helpful recommendations
– Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets
– Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
– Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company procedures
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
– Support general store operations as required
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 7โ12 months retail or sales experience (advantageous)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven
