Overview
Pedros is opening a new store in Koeberg Road and is looking for enthusiastic Waitrons to join the launch team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant brand, gain valuable experience, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Present menus and explain daily specials
– Take accurate food and beverage orders
– Serve meals and drinks efficiently
– Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
– Clear and reset tables promptly
– Process customer payments when required
– Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
– Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
– Work closely with kitchen and cashier teams
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality (advantageous)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
