Overview
Empact Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sculler to support kitchen operations. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, ensuring hygiene standards, and assisting with general cleaning duties in a fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls, and surfaces
– Store cleaned equipment properly in designated areas
– Assist with sanitation and hygiene duties across the kitchen
– Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
– Support overall kitchen operations and cleanliness standards
– Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Sculler, Dishwasher, or similar role (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks and stand for long periods
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
