Job Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties while ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
-Cleaning offices, commercial premises, and residential properties.
-Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising assigned areas.
-Emptying waste bins and maintaining cleanliness standards.
-Safely using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials.
-Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
-Ensuring work areas remain clean, neat, and presentable.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-BGCSE certificate or equivalent qualification.
-Previous cleaning experience (an added advantage).
-Ability to work independently and within a team.
-Honest, reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
-Must be based in Francistown or willing to work in Francistown.
