Overview
Cotton On is looking for 2 energetic and customer-focused Shop Assistants to join their Menlyn Park store. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
– Act as a brand ambassador and represent Cotton On professionally
– Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
– Maintain store appearance through merchandising and stock replenishment
– Work with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals
– Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
– Support daily store operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
