Overview
Empact Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Ward Hostess to join their team. This role involves ensuring food and beverage areas are well-maintained, serving meals efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
– Ensure all food service areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked
– Assist customers with requests and provide excellent service
– Support the Unit Manager in daily operational activities
– Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
– Contribute to a positive customer experience through friendly service
– Assist in achieving operational and service excellence targets
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in a similar hospitality role
- Customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
