Key Responsibilities

– Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.

– Stock shelves, rotate stock, and check product quality and expiry dates.

– Assist customers courteously and help locate products.

– Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and store safety standards.

– Check pricing, labels, and ensure correct shelf displays.

– Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and report damages.

– Adhere to security, health, and safety procedures.

– Operate and clean equipment according to Pick n Pay standards.

– Promote products and uphold brand image.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10–12 (Matric preferred).
Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
Must be hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
Passionate about retail and working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
Able to work mall hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
