About the Role
Adendorff Machinery Mart is seeking a Junior Stock Administrator to join its Head Office team in Aeroton. This role is ideal for a young, motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is ready to build a career within a fast-paced retail environment.
Youโll start as part of the travelling stock audit team, assisting with nationwide branch audits and gaining exposure to various departments including sales, warehousing, and administration โ with clear opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct weekly stock audits across various Adendorff branches.
– Ensure accurate counting and verification of stock items.
– Investigate discrepancies and report variances to management.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of product codes and part numbers.
– Assist with sales, warehousing, and administrative tasks as required.
– Continuously develop product and systems knowledge.
– Ensure company standards and audit procedures are followed.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) โ Mathematics advantageous.
- Code B Driverโs Licence (valid and unendorsed).
- Own reliable vehicle (essential for travel).
- Willingness to travel regularly to outlying branches.
- Physically fit and able to handle inventory-related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
