Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Salespersons at Incredible Connection – Game City Botswana. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to store sales growth while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist customers with product information and sales
-Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets
-Maintain excellent customer service standards
-Support merchandising and product displays
-Handle cash and credit processes according to company procedures
-Build and maintain customer relationships
-Promote products and services effectively
Requirements & Skills
-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) / Form 5 or equivalent
-7–12 months retail or sales experience preferred
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service orientated
-Strong teamwork and self-motivation
-Attention to detail and initiative
-Basic retail and product knowledge
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
