Overview
Trollope Botswana International is recruiting 35 Machine Operators for mining and construction operations in Botswana.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced operators with earthmoving machinery experience who are looking to work in a large-scale mining environment.
Successful candidates will operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company safety and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
-Junior Certificate (JC) or equivalent
-Relevant operator competency certificate/licence
-Previous experience operating heavy machinery
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Physically fit and medically fit
Key Responsibilities
Machinery Operations
-Operate heavy mining and construction machinery safely
-Perform daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
-Ensure machinery is used according to operational procedures
-Maintain production and operational targets
Safety & Compliance
-Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
-Report faults, defects, and incidents immediately
-Maintain clean and safe working areas
-Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment
