Job Purpose

To deliver excellent customer service through accurate POS transactions, safe cash handling, and effective merchandising aligned with Clicks standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Process transactions accurately at POS

– Handle cash securely

– Promote ClubCard and in-store promotions

– Maintain merchandising & housekeeping standards

– Provide friendly, professional service

– Stay informed on products and promotions

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Retail/customer-facing experience (advantageous)
Basic numeracy skills
Willing to work retail hours
