Purpose: Log, investigate and resolve client complaints within turnaround standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and great client experience.
Key outputs: Record & track complaints; liaise across teams/vendors; produce monthly dashboards; early issue detection & escalation; improve complaints processes; run resolution committees; support campaigns to enhance client data integrity.
Minimum: Matric + Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree; 3+ yrs complaints handling (short-term insurance essential); MS Office; resilient, organised, client-centric.


2) SAP Technical Consultant
