Weโ€™re looking for professionals across IT Service Management, Finance & Administration, Pilot Licensing & Training Standards, and Aviation Security (AVSEC).

Available Positions

  1. Service Desk Agent (Centurion)
    Closing Date: 18 July 2025
    Requirements: National Higher Certificate in ICT (NQF5) minimum; ideal: National Diploma + ITIL Foundation + A+/N+; experience: 2 yrs IT Service Desk/IT Admin.
    Key Focus: First-line support via phone/email/ticketing; incident logging/triage; hardware/software/network troubleshooting; SLA/KPI monitoring; customer updates; knowledge-base contributions; asset/inventory admin; security awareness support; reporting; assist with testing/deployments.
  2. Administration Officer โ€“ Finance (Centurion)
    Closing Date: 26 September 2025
    Requirements: Grade 12 + Certificate in Office Admin/Finance/Office Management/Secretariat; ideal: Diploma; experience: 2 yrs Office Admin/Finance/Secretariat.
    Key Focus: Diary & meeting coordination; report collation & document packs; records & filing systems; minutes; budget coordination & expenditure reporting; processing operation manuals/amendments; domestic/international travel logistics; consumables & asset requests; project tracking; stakeholder communications.
  3. Testing Standards Officer Pilot (Midrand)
    Closing Date: 17 April 2025
    Requirements: Grade 12 + CPL with Grade II Instructor (Part 61) or equivalent SAAF Instructor B; ideal: ATPL + Grade I/SAAF Grade A; experience: 300 hrs.
    Key Focus: Oversight/approval of ATOs & FSTDs; review/approval of syllabi & curricula; licensing standards & examiner oversight (DFE/RT/LPE); audit & inspection reporting; SMS recommendations; corrective-action follow-up; CATS/CAR development (Parts 61, 62, 63, 68, 69, 71, 72) aligned to ICAO Annex 1; training/testing standards & guidance; support to PEL, AIID & regulatory teams; industry workshops & notices.
  4. Inspector: Air Cargo Security (Centurion)
    Closing Date: 09 September 2025
    Requirements: National Diploma (NQF6) in Administration or related + Cargo Security/AVSEC/Dangerous Goods certificate; ideal: Degree + Risk Management certificate; experience: 3 yrs Cargo Security/related (aviation advantage).
    Key Focus: Regulate/monitor/enforce CARS Part 108; plan & conduct inspections/audits; evaluate risk assessments & recommend mitigations; manage findings & non-compliances; investigate undeclared/mis-declared cargo; support enforcement; contribute to regulations & guidance; assess Part 141 approvals & Cargo Security Manuals; stakeholder liaison and promotion of cargo security culture.
