Overview

Free State Oil, a division of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd within the VKB Group, is offering a New Venture Creation NQF Level 2 Learnership opportunity for young individuals who have completed Matric and are looking to gain practical workplace experience.

This 12-month learnership programme provides participants with hands-on training while completing required coursework and assignments as part of the qualification.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform scheduled cleaning duties in partnership with cleaning contractors.

– Clean processing equipment and production lines to required hygiene standards.

– Assist in maintaining safe and clean working conditions within the facility.

– Participate in practical workplace training and learning activities.

– Complete all required assignments and assessments during the 12-month programme.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Must currently be unemployed.
  • Must reside in Villiers or surrounding areas.
  • Must be between 18 and 32 years old.

Desired Skills

  • Hardworking with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces when required.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Good teamwork and cooperation skills.

Remuneration & Benefits

Learners will receive practical workplace training and experience while completing the NQF Level 2 qualification over the 12-month learnership period. A stipend will be provided in line with learnership programme guidelines.
