Overview

The VKB Group is currently recruiting seven (7) General Workers across multiple locations in South Africa. VKB Group is a leading agricultural company supporting farmers and producing high-quality food products for consumers. With strong roots in agriculture and a growing presence across the food supply chain, VKB offers opportunities for hardworking individuals to build a career in the agricultural and retail sectors.

The successful candidates will perform general operational duties including stock handling, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Pack, load, and offload stock according to company procedures.

– Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping of the premises.

– Assist with stock control and inventory tasks when required.

– Perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environment.

– Support daily operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

– Follow all company rules, safety regulations, and workplace policies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Must be in good health.
