Overview
The FIX is looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Associate (40hr) to join the Randburg team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
- Exceed customer expectations by providing suitable product solutions
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving targets
- Sell a diverse range of fashion products
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion and dรฉcor trends
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is always customer-ready
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
