Role Overview

As a Shop Assistant at Spitz, you will deliver premium customer service, support store sales performance, and maintain high standards in stock and cash management. You will assist customers with product selection, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain a polished and professional store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling & Accuracy

– Perform cash desk duties with precision

– Manage daily banking and cash control

– Process transactions accurately

Stock Management

– Follow daily stock procedures

– Manage customer orders efficiently

– Conduct weekly stock counts

– Maintain organised stockrooms and display standards

Customer Service & Sales

Provide expert product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
6 months to 1 year retail experience (luxury or fashion retail advantageous)
Strong interest in premium fashion and footwear
