Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have completed a National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent with passes in:

  • Mathematics or Technical Mathematics
  • English or Business English
  • Physical Science or Technical Science

Programme Expectations

Successful candidates will:

  • Participate fully in the learnership programme
  • Complete all required practical and theoretical assessments
  • Engage in workplace readiness activities and development exercises
  • Adhere to company safety and operational standards
