Crocs Access Park Kuils River is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join the team on a 3-month contract. If you love retail, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

– Greet and acknowledge customers promptly

– Deliver exceptional service aligned to Crocs standards

– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

– Drive sales and secure add-on purchases

– Monitor personal sales performance against targets

– Build long-term customer loyalty

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Replenish footwear and accessories daily
  • Minimise stock loss and follow store procedures
  • Capture and maintain accurate stock entries on POS
  • Process deliveries (checking, tagging, pricing and recording)
  • Assist with customer orders

Daily Operations

  • Maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Clean and organise displays, fitting rooms and counters
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Merchandising

  • Maintain visual presentation according to Crocs standards
  • Ensure full size availability on the sales floor
  • Assist with window and mannequin updates
  • Protect POS materials and store equipment

Training & Development

  • Attend training sessions and complete required assessments
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions with management
  • Take ownership of personal development

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Crocs product knowledge (advantageous)
  • Ability to work flexible retail shifts
