Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Reach Truck Drivers for busy warehouse operations in Centurion and Brackenfell. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock from receiving areas to inventory and picking zones, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with health and safety standards.
This role reports directly to the Inventory Manager / Outbound Manager and requires flexibility to work across trading and non-trading hours.
Key Responsibilities
– Move stock from Receiving to Inventory warehouse areas
– Perform accurate put-away of incoming stock
– Replenish stock to picking locations
– Support bulk picking by delivering correct stock to checking bays
– Assist with stock counts and stocktaking activities
– Complete daily Reach Truck inspection checklists
– Operate scanners to track and record inventory movement
– Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
– Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately
– Comply with all health, safety, and operational standards
– Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock
– Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
– Work efficiently during peak operational periods
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Reach Truck Driver Licence
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Clear criminal record
- Must reside within 25 km of the work location
