Pepkor Lifestyle Logistics โ Rosslyn Central is offering an exciting Learnership Programme for motivated young individuals who are passionate about starting a career in warehousing and logistics. This programme provides hands-on practical experience, structured learning, and a nationally recognised qualification within one of South Africaโs most dynamic industries.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Ages 18 โ 28
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and commit to the full 12-month programme
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
What You Will Learn & Experience
– Day-to-day warehouse processes: receiving, picking, packing & dispatch
– Inventory control and stock management
– Logistics coordination and supply chain flow
– Health & Safety standards and workplace compliance
