1. Head of Brand & Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Objective of the Position
The Head of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading BTC’s overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, attract customers and support revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- A Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage
Experience
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and/or communications
- At least 5 years at senior leadership level, overseeing teams and strategy execution
- Experience working with senior management
- Experience leading organisational change initiatives
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading BTC’s overall marketing strategy

The Head of Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for executing procurement plans that support BTC’s key business objectives and improve profitability through effective category management and strategic sourcing.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or equivalent
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Experience
Candidates should have:
- At least 5 years’ Strategic Sourcing experience, preferably within a corporate turnaround environment
- Experience leading a strategic sourcing team
- Proven contract management experience
- Supplier relationship management experience
- Strong negotiation ability with demonstrable results
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing procurement plans that support business objectives

Objective of the Position
The Investor Relations Manager will provide professional input into the development and maintenance of BTC’s corporate strategy while supporting effective communication between the organisation, investors and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Degree in Financial Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
Candidates should have:
- At least 6 years’ experience in investor relations, banking, asset management or as a financial analyst
- At least 3 years’ managerial experience in an investor relations environment is preferable
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing professional input into BTC’s corporate strategy

The position covers both physical security and information security, including access control, surveillance, investigations, emergency response, cybersecurity and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Cyber Security, IT or a related field

Experience
