Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or customer service

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Professional appearance and demeanour
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
-Honest, reliable and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally
