Role Overview
Drivers will be responsible for transporting parts, goods, and vehicles safely to customers, suppliers, and branches while ensuring compliance with company policies and road regulations. The role also includes vehicle inspections, documentation handling, and general support duties.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver and collect parts from suppliers, customers, and branches
– Ensure goods are transported safely without damage
– Inspect vehicles for defects, damages, and roadworthy conditions
– Report accidents, damages, and traffic offences immediately
– Ensure vehicles are locked and keys stored securely
– Assist customers during deliveries
– Follow all company procedures and safety standards
– Perform additional duties as required by the department
– Work overtime when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driverโs licence (PDP required for Light Duty roles)
- Clear criminal record
- At least 3 yearsโ driving experience (where applicable)
