Role Overview

Drivers will ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, stores, or distribution points. The role requires strict adherence to road safety regulations, company vehicle policies, and operational procedures.


Key Responsibilities

– Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations

– Ensure correct products are delivered to the correct customer

– Prioritise temperature-sensitive deliveries where required

– Complete and maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logbooks

– Process payments where applicable (cash and EFT)

– Conduct vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips

– Report accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately

– Maintain cleanliness and safe condition of company vehicles

– Follow all road traffic laws and company policies

– Provide professional and courteous customer service


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Valid driverโ€™s licence (Code 10 required for DC role)
  • Willing and able to work retail hours and shifts
  • Physically fit to lift and move heavy goods
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • South African citizen
