The successful candidate will support accurate cash handling, receivables processing, and financial reconciliation to ensure smooth financial operations across the business.

Job Summary

The Clerk will be responsible for recording, reconciling, and monitoring cash and receivable transactions. This includes processing customer payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting effective cash flow management in line with company policies and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

– Validate daily store turnover

– Verify store expenses

– Validate customer refund requests

– Resolve financial queries promptly

– Prepare monthly clearing accounts

– Assist with financial reporting

– Support audit and compliance processes

– Monitor and validate cash and card banking transactions


Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed degree or currently studying towards a qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
  • 1โ€“2 years formal work experience
  • Experience in finance or administration (advantageous)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
