Role Overview

The ATM Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for scheduled cleaning and basic upkeep of ATM exteriors and internal ATM rooms. The position requires strict adherence to security procedures and client standards while maintaining a professional and presentable environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Clean and sanitise ATM machines and surrounding areas

– Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation

– Inspect for vandalism or suspicious devices

– Conduct basic maintenance checks and report faults

– Follow strict safety and security protocols

– Complete checklists and documentation after each visit

– Travel between multiple sites as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driverโ€™s licence and reliable transport
  • 2โ€“3 years cleaning experience (commercial or secure environments preferred)
  • Ability to use smartphones or mobile applications for reporting
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • Understanding of health and hygiene standards
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work early mornings or after-hours if required

Experience in banking, retail, or other security-sensitive environments will be advantageous.
