Key Responsibilities
– Deliver outstanding customer service using effective selling techniques
– Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
– Identify opportunities to increase turnover and drive store performance
– Follow stock loss prevention and cash handling procedures
– Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
– Create an inspiring and welcoming shopping environment
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 6 months retail experience
- Clear criminal record
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle brands (advantageous)
