Role Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a professional and dependable Grade B Security Driver (Code 10) to support secure transport operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of clients, personnel, and sensitive materials, while strictly adhering to security protocols, defensive driving standards, and emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities

– Safely transport clients, personnel, and confidential materials to designated locations

– Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company SOPs

– Maintain continuous communication with the security team

– Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects immediately

– Respond effectively to emergency situations in line with established procedures

– Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage

– Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Code 10 Driverโ€™s Licence with PDP
  • PSIRA Grade B registration
  • Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in a security driving or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and defensive driving techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in high-risk environments
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends when required
